All actions are immediately replayed in slow motion once they have occurred at normal speed so it serves as a great learning tool as well as an opportunity to see Dave in competition. Match-ups include Kennan Turner, Kenny Monday, Erick Johnson, Chad Johnson, Shawn Aretz, Cory Kwak and Eddie Urbano. Quality is a bit soft due to the age of the film but still very enjoyable and useful.
