Bout from the Goodwill Games held in the Hec Edmundson Pavillion on the Campus of the University of Washington in Seattle. One of only three times that that venue has been sold out.Variev was Silver Medalist in the 1988 Olympics losing in overtime to Kenny Monday. He was also World Champion in 1987. Rob Koll was an NCAA Champion for North Carolina and defeated Kenny Monday to make the 1990 World Team where he finished 5th. He is currently head coach at Cornell in Ithica, NY.
